This is a printer's copy of the revise proof made from the first proof. It exhibits the corrections (in pencil) that the printer copied from the author's revise. At least four proof copies of this signature must have existed; only three survive.

The three copies of this proof signature are preserved in the library of the Delaware Art Museum. They include this copy of the printer's revise proof , the author's corrected copy of the revise, and an uncorrected copy of the first proof.
