Introduction
This is an instance of the second state of the Second Trial Book in a complete form. It is a copy that was probably kept by the printer or publisher, since it has no corrections. It was printed around 25 November 1869 to incorporate the changes DGR had introduced into the first set of proofs pulled in early to mid-November.
