Lewis (187-188) notes the existence of two copies in the Fitzwilliam Library (one included at the end of a copy of a Proof for the First Edition, another in a mixed proof held by the Fitzwilliam; two copies in the British Library (Ashley 1404 and Add. MSS 45353), and one copy in the Huntington. Another copy exists, however, bound up with Alice Boyd's copy of the Second Trial Book.
